John Deere not sure - self propelled
What can I say about a John Deere - Starts on a dime and I'm a weakling, turns on a dime. I will never own anything else. I have tried Craftsman - its a tank and can't start it, tried Yardman - can't start it or move it. John Deere is definetly worth every penny.
Husqvarna 125B Handheld Blower
The Husqvarna 125B Handheld Blower is light and easy to handle. We live in a rural settling with lots of leaf producing trees. Just being able to blow the leaves into our flower beds to protect our plants lets us save money by not having to buy mulch. Also, it is so light we use it to blow the leaves out of the gutters---we have to get on the roof to do this so being light is a plus. The orange color would help us find it if we forgot where we put it (haven't done that yet, but you never know!). It has been very dependable and always starts without a lot of problems. My husband has even offered...
review »echo PB-260L
This is not just any old leaf blower! It's a tad heavy but if you're willing to get a work out, you'll be rewarded with an incredible yard. I'm pretty small but I can use, lightness is not a plus but reliability and performance are!
Hubby loves to do yardwork now; it looks like we vacumm. Much more quiet than any other leaf blower we've tried (and that's lots) and much more efficient. If you're looking for a powerful, compact leaf blower, I would definitely recommend this one. We paid about $170 for ours but I feel sure I could have paid less is I had searched.
echo SRM-225 Grass Trimmer/Brush Cutter
When our weed eater/blower died after about 1 year of use, we had to decide which brand to go with this time. My husband did a lot of research and we decided to buy an echo because we knew that although it was more expensive, it would last for many years. I, being the housewife, do most of the yard work at our house. I love my new echo. I love the fact that it is not just a weed eater and I don't have to attach the blower to it. I think that It is very easy to start and very light weight. It does a great job and take me no time at all to do all of the weed eating around my...

We previously had another brand weed eater and blower combined. It worked well but, after about a year it died. We didn't want to replace it with the same brand. We decided to pay a little more and buy quality this time. Our echo was a little more, but we feel that it will last for many, many years. I personally love the fact that it is not attached to the weed eater. When I need to have the patio or driveway clean, I just crank it up and I am done in a jiffy. It is also very lightweight that anyone could use it.
Cedarcide Yard Spray
I swear by this product and haven't had a need to look elsewhere since my first purchase of their Best Yet spray. It is safe, non toxic, fast acting, long lasting, won't harm fabrics, carpeting, I didn't have to empty my cabinets to eradicate the pests in my kitchen and, instead of a toxic chemical smell, it left a fresh cedar scent which served a dual purpose of killing off any critters that were hiding in cracks and crevices but allso in repelling any future critters. I never had to worry about my pets or grandchildren being exposed to toxic chemicals.
As far as value goes, well, I spent...
review »Toro Zero Turn Lawn Mower
Zero turn mowers don't allow for the pulling of attachments! You don't save any time cutting the grass if you have to walk the lawn putting out fertilizer, weed killer, insect killer, and hauling dirt etc. They don't tell you that when you are buying it, do they. What a rip off! Now I'm stuck with having to walk the yard and taking 5 times the time it use to take me! They should put a notice on the info. on the mower that states 'this mower will not accept attachments', happy walking!
Craftsman craftsman 4 cycle gas blower
I received this as a gift from my parents because our property during fall is completely covered with leaves. This blower is lightweight, over shoulder straps that have padding on each side make carrying it around easy. Has a handle on the top for moving it easily, very simple to start it and turn off switch is right where the handle is. Great horsepower, works easily and quickly, runs quite awhile on a full tank of gas.
Black & Decker MM675 Lawn Hog
I've had mine for three seasons now. I thouroughly enjoy not having petroleum fluids around and spilling, the ability to simply turn it over to clean, or more likely, see that I don't have to, the quiet experience of electricity and the flip over handle.
But the mower just doesn't cut as well as my very-old Snapper or self-propelled and hated Toro.
I did notice that it cut my neighbor's much thinner lawn with ease. I grow my lawn at 3", it is thick. I try to never take off more than 1" at one time. I obviously cut my lawn often, but it is enjoyable and I've got the time. Using the side discharge...
Craftsman 6.5 hp rear wheel drive
I have this lawn mower over a year now and I love it. It make mowing very easy and it starts
nice never had a problem with it.
Black & Decker Leaf Blower
I had a B&D BL1200 leaf blower which only gets used in the fall. I lasted MAYBE 3 seasons and the brushes failed on the motor. Too late for warranty. I knew I should have just bought a really nice rake. I spent more time chasing leave in the yard with it. Now I have to haul it to the curb. I sure am glad it's not taking up space in my garage anymore. I don't know where these other positive comments come from. It's a piece of junk. Does Black & Decker planting reviews here.
