More than one store shipping!

I love the fact that when you order from the Gap you can also order from the other stores as well and it only cost you one shipping fee.  That way you can order something for everyone and get the most out of the shipping fee.  My last order almost included at least one thing from each store.  It makes it easier to justify the shipping costs.  With the economy the way it is, saving a bit on shipping means a lot to me.  The products I received were in excellent condition and the shipping didn't take long at all.  Shipping was less than 2 weeks, I believe.  The deals on the Gap site were great... read full review »

I like to visit the Gap website to view all the current in-store fashions.  I also like that I can order sizes online that I am sometimes not able to find in the store, as I have long legs and often need a "long" size.  But my favorite thing to do on the Gap website is to purchase an "Options" gift card.  This is a gift card that can be used at Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic.  Anytime I am given a Gap gift card as a gift I immediately go online and order an Options gift card, pay for it with my Gap gift card and get free shipping to my home!  Then my shopping options are not as limited!... read full review »

I basically purchase all my clothing for my infant girl and toddler boy on Gap.com.  I love this web site, so easy to use, and I can put in their sizes and they will tell me what is in stock for them on sale.  I love it.  Easy returns, and very fast shipping.  I like that you can order from old navy, bananna republic, and piperline also and only pay one shipping.

Great site. Has large variety of clothes for men, womens, juniors, kids, babies, and even maternity stuff.

Has a fantastic return policy.

The sizes are very accurate and they fit well.

I had a change of address and was charged a few late fees at The Gap.  They didn't really care even after I followed what Oprah and the Women and Money book said to do, call and request for them to change the late charges on my account.  They did take off one late fee, but still I have that other one on my record. 

I still like The Gap for their quality and soft clothes.  Just give me a break.  Will no one in this credit industry give me a break?
