Gap Review

I had a change of address and was charged a few late fees at The Gap.  They didn't really care even after I followed what Oprah and the Women and Money book said to do, call and request for them to change the late charges on my account.  They did take off one late fee, but still I have that other one on my record. 

I still like The Gap for their quality and soft clothes.  Just give me a break.  Will no one in this credit industry give me a break?
