I work with children so gap sells clothes that are good for me for work. Almost everything seems to go on sale. The clothes are comfortable and easy to move in. Aside from going on sale they seem to have a lot of friends and family offers so I usually combine that with sale items to get an even bigger discount. The website is easy to use on a computer or tablet. You can get free shipping when you spend $50 and free return shipping on all items. I usually end up spend over $50 anyway because sizing varies a lot with gap and I order everything in multiple sizes and then return what doesn't fit. Customer service is wonderful and easy to get in touch with. They will make price adjustments without you having to go to the physical store. In addition, I have been able to get a price adjustment to get the friends and family rate a day or two before friends and family started. My on,y complaint would be that the clothes don't hold up well over time, but you get what you pay for so its worth it.

If you are just visiting on a whim, and are not sure what you want to buy, then you can check out the sales on the home page and take a closer look at the discounts. Customer Service Customer service is excellent. One time I was searching for uniform shirts for my children and couldn't get a particular size i needed. I contacted customer service and they supplied me with stores and numbers I could call to get the shirts shipped to me. Shipping and Returns I usually return to the store. That is the easiest for me. I have returned by mail as well. It's very easy to print your return label and drop it off at the post office.

I buy my daughters school uniforms at Gap. I had to order online as the Gap kids store did not have her size for a uniform dress. Gap had an online discount code to use for buying clothes. I received the through an email. So, I was thrilled to use it as my daughter needed her uniform dress. I had loaded my cart with my daughter's uniforms dress. Ibhad added pants. The website was not recognizing my online code discount. So. I called the number and didn't wait too long for a customer service representative. I had told her of my situation with discount code. She found my order and she was very patient. She asked for my credit card and applied the code herself. She apologized for the error on the website. My daughter's clothes came on time with beautiful packaging. Product Selection I live Gap's selection of school uniforms for girls. They are well made and stain proof. Gap.com has a good variety of clothing and is usually easier to shop at than going to the actual store. They have a good selection of sizes and colors that you can't always find in the stores. The website is well organized and it is easy to search for what you are looking for and has a good filter selection. The only down side I have found with the website is that the in store sale prices tend to be lower and you can find better deals there. The best deals come when they mark the sales down an additional 40% which when they do have it online, the original prices are higher. That being said, the shipping options are great since you can get it free with a $50 purchase and it can be combined with Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Piperlime. The free shipping does take a bit longer but the items come well packaged and very clean and you can return most things to the store if you choose not to keep them.

If you love shopping for high quality women's clothing then you have to shop Gap clothing's website Gap.com! This is one of my favorite websites to shop for clothing for myself. They also have kids clothing which is great as well. I frequently purchase clothing for my son at gap.com as well and the children's clothing is high quality and has a great comfortable fit. The website is easy to navigate and use. It has a very well designed layout that makes it easy to browse by category such as dresses, pants, jeans etc. They always have items in stock so I never have to worry about having my size available. Their always have a lot of products on their website from a wide variety of categories and the products they offer always have a very consistent fit and sizing. One of the great things about this website is the great deals that they always have. I frequently see items on sale or coupon codes for up to 50 percent off! Their shipping rates are also not too bad, it's $7 for standard shipping and free with minimum purchase! Gap is owned in conjunction with Old Navy, Banana Republic and Athleta and I love how the design of all of these websites is the same! It makes it really simple to browse and shop at Gap because of this! Overall I would definitely recommend Gap.com as a great website to shop for women's clothing. Gap.com is a more trendy, sophisticated website for clothes and shoes. They offer clothes and accessories for women, men, babies, and children. The clothes they sell are more basic in color and more of the classic look. I usually only shop on this website if I need a plain color of shirt or trousers for a casual yet dressy look. I also like shopping on this site for my kids around the holiday's for family pictures. While it is not my favorite place to shop they do have some nice items, but be prepared to spend a lot. They are not low cost at all. Even the clearance category is a bit pricey. Ease of Use Very easy to use, just select what gender/age you are shopping for then narrow it down from there. Product Pricing Gap.com does have pretty expensive clothes, so other than khaki pants that offer very good comfort, I usually look for clearance and sale items. Customer Service When returning the extra items that did not fit, we had no problems with customer service. Shipping and Returns Gap.com offers free shipping when spending $50. If just shopping clearance or good sales, we have found it a little difficult to reach this amount. But I have bought a couple pairs of khakis on their website, and when I do that, it is pretty easy to reach the free shipping threshold. The return policy offers free returns, which we have found helpful. We will sometimes order something in a couple different sizes so that we can try them on (which helps reach $50 shipping) and then return the size that doesn't fit for free.

My favorite item to purchase on the site would have to be their fragrance gap blue. It is sold seasonally and only online. Every time I order it, I usually receive twenty percent off of my purchase along with free shipping. Unless they are very busy, it usually takes less than seven days for me to receive my package. I've always been on the fence about Gap. Their clothing is priced higher than it should be for the "made in china" quality. The clothing is trendy though and when you can find their products on sale, it's actually affordable. Gap.com is a good place to look for deals from Gap and save yourself a little money while not having to physically go into the store. They also offer an option of reserving a specific item from the website and picking it up in the store which is unique. Gap.com is very user friendly. Most clothing sites are broken up into men, women and children sections. Gap.com takes it one step further and has categories such as "Toddler Girl", "Toddler Boy", and "Baby". That makes your shopping experience even quicker. Everything loads quickly and smoothly. The pictures of the products are good quality and you can view the item from many different angles so you know what you are buying. I think Gap.com is overpriced normally, but their sales are good. I wouldn't pay their full price for items because they are simply your typical "made in china" clothing pieces. They have a lot of sale items on their website at all times, which I like. You also have the option of reserving an item from their website and then picking it up in store. I think that's a neat feature. Their shipping isn't overly expensive and the items come in a few days. I recommend gap.com if you are looking for some okay quality sale items but I don't suggest buying their clothing at full price!

I enjoy using the Gap.com website to shop on. I used to always go to the store but I realized one day it is unnecessary. Since I know my size and how the garments are made and feel and fit, I could just shop on line. It is so easy to do. Just go to the website and look around just like a store. Put your items in a basket (just like a store) and then decide what you want (just like a store). Then you pay (just like a store). So I say save your time going shopping so you can do other things.
