We loved this machine after the 1st one was replaced (it arrived broken). Apparently they have a problem with shipping machines with water still present that freezes in the winter months. We used the machine and had great espresso and cappuccino until the 10th month when the frothier stopped working completely. The machine was under warranty but the seller, WholeLatteLove insisted we have it fixed by a local store, Kitchen Window, they recommended. The Kitchen Window kept the machine for over 2 months and when we picked it up it was completely broken. It would not even brew coffee anymore. We contacted the Gaggia rep repeatedly with no answer and the seller refused to warranty it so we are stuck with an Expensive non working machine. Durability First machine arrived broken and replacement machine lasted only 10 months. Manufacturer, Gaggia will not stand behind their machines.
