GNS Acai Berry Edge (Customer Service) Review

In May I wrote a review of the GNS Acai Berry Edge diet product. It was a real problem. I was told I would get a refund and sent remaining product back. I then found on my next bank statement that I did not get "full" refund. When I contacted the company, I was told it was because I didn't return both bottles I received, even if they we're empty. It was apparently in the fine print return instructions.Which my slightly degraded eyesight didn't pick out. I said I threw the one bottle away, after all it didn't have but 4 pills in it to begin with and I refuse to keep empty medicine bottles in my house it's not safe for kids or animals if they get hold of them.I was told I should have received 2FULL bottles. I'm not a liar, it had four pills in it and was sealed. I was charged full price for this, too. They finally, after some heated discussion, determined that I would get the full refund after all, on one condition!That I returned to the review site and corrected the bad review of their company. I am now going to do so. I never said the company was bad, just the Acai Berry Edge. It didn't work for me but might work for someone else. Just be cautious and check with your doctor before using anything like this. I'm sure the companyGNS has other good products in their reperitoire. I do want to thank them for getting this straightened out for me. P.S. Please read all pertinent info carefully. I still will not keep empty medicine bottles in my house.
