I decided to try Burn 60 after reading a bazillion positive reviews from different websites.
I'm a little over 5 feet tall (pretty short) and I'm also top heavy (big boobs). I just really want to shed 10lbs or more. I'm in the area of 137 and would love to see myself around the low 120s. At my heaviest I've been 152 and at my smallest I've been 131 all within the past 2 years.
I've tried medical weight loss, personal trainer's, gym memberships, diets for dummies, slim fast, to lean cuisines.So needlest to say I am the QUEEN of FAD diets/ weightloss tricks.
I started taking Burn 60 about 3 weeks ago. The 1st time I took 2 pills around 7:20pm before an evening workout. It was the biggest mistake of my life! My heart raced when I worked out my body got extremely HOT and I felt dizzy a couple times doing my cardio. I also tossed and turned ALL NIGHT from all the caffeine. 2 pills = 2 cups of coffee.
Don't get me wrong I like the supplement! Lol Now I only 1 or 2 pending on how I feel in the morning before breakfast. They give me energy through out the day and whenever I do work out I get super hot so I get in a good sweat (which I love). I'm also really focused when doing cardio or body sculpting (weights). No more dizziness or feeling faint when working out either. I've seen pretty good physical changes in my body inches wise and I've lost a little over 2lbs. I'm sure I could have a faster result pound wise if I focus more on my diet but Im am satisfied thus far with my results and plan to continue with the supplement.
Anyway I know this is a LONG review but I like burn 60 and would recommend it to others.
