I bought my 2006 GMC Envoy used in 2006.  When my husband and I originally went to buy a new car, we were thinking of buying a Kia SUV because of the 10 year warranty, but we saw the Envoy instead.  I never considered to buy an Envoy because I thought that they were out of my price range, but we got an excellent deal on this vehicle.  This is my most favorite vehicle I have ever owned.  It gets about 18 - 20 miles per gallon which isn't as bad as my last SUV.  I love the way it drives and I feel safe in it.  It has a lot a storage space in the back and the back seats are quite roomy.  When... review »

The best vehicle I've ever had in my life. Luxurious, practical, stylish, it has everything a man could ever want of his vehicle. Style and power, it goes with my personality. Luxurious but practical; just the way I like things. My Envoy is the 4X4 with leather seats, luxury model. This is the top-notch of 2005 line. The best thing about it is the Control Panel. What an awesome idea...!!! It tells me everything even how many miles I left in the tank. I love that device!!! I love my baby...!!! She is the smartest and most comfortable vehicle EVER...!!! Smoothest ride you will ever have...!!! I would...

GMC ENVOY IS AN EXCELLENT SUV... I LOVE THIS RIDE ITS SMOOTH BIG AND THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FELT SAFE DRIVING IN THE HORRIBLE WINTER WEATHER MICHIGAN EXPERIENCES... THERE IS ONLY ONE DOWNSIDE AND THAT IS MANY GMC VEHICLES HAVE FLICKING LIGHTS AND ITS A COMMON ISSUE GOING ON FOR GMC FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND THEY YET TO HAVE A REASON OR A FIX... HOWEVER THEY ARE FULLY COVERING THE FIX OF THIS PROBLEM WHEN THEY DO FIND THE PROBLEMS CAUSING THE FLICKERING.. I STILL GIVE THIS SUV 5 STARS BECAUSE GMC IS AN EXCELLENT VEHICLE!!!!

I had a Chevy Trailblazer before my Envoy and I enjoyed both, but prefer the Envoy.  The Envoy drives more like a car, which I always drove before having kids, and was more comfortable (front and back seats).  There also seemed to be more room in the Envoy even with 3rd row seat.
