cheap insurance with not so helpful customer service

GMAC Insurance —
I love our rates but when having an issue the customer service reps are lacking knowledge on their product. You also have to wait a long period to get an agent. They are timly with mailing materials ie new polices and insurance cards. Also new rate information.
