I've replaced all the regular light bulbs in our house with GE Soft White  Spiral T3 16254 just about two years ago and still could tell you only positive things about it. It's true, these light bulbs are a little more expensive than the regular ones, but in the long run you'll save considerably, believe me. Plus, they last much, much longer, and their soft light is healthier for your eyes. Me personally, I always support what is good for our environment, more productive and less damaging to our atmosphere. I'm confident in this particular product and would love you to try it. You'll be glad, you did, I'm sure of it.

Well I will check out Home Depot...my poor cat goes into the bathroom squinting (cute, but I feel her pain). Thanks for the tip!

I understand your problem now and I'm quite sure, that at Home Depot or Lowe's they've got much lower potency light bulbs of the similar beneficial qualities. I wish you only the best and hope, that you'll be very pleased with the results of your efforts.

No, I have way to much light...I hate broadway lights. I have 6 -60 watt bulbs in there. Very blinding

If there's not enough light for you at 60 watts, try 75. It should help considerably. Good luck and I hope, you'd be pleased.

Have you found these bulbs under 60 watts? I have broadway lighting in my bathroom and let me tell you I have these bulbs in there at 60 watts each and I need sun glasses in the morning...They do last a lot longer then the old bulbs...that is for sure!
