The GE Stainless Gas "Cafe" model range is a beautiful merger of form and function.  Of its many admirable qualities, my favorite include the "Power Boil" feature on the two front burners, a smaller, lower oven (often used for warming/keeping warm), and the long central burner that can be used with the included griddle plate.  The oven itself has a traditional style or convection cooking style, depending on your need.  It has the ability to be pre-set to cook at a later time and for a specified time.  Unlike many gas ovens, it cooks evenly (no cold spots) and warms up quite quickly.  The interior is easy to clean, as well.  On the range, you'll find two hi-power front burners and two regular rear burners, in addition to a long center burner that can either be used with the regular grid or with the non-stick griddle plate.  I find that I use the "Power Boil" feature more often than anything else, both for bringing things to a boil quickly (tea, anyone?) and for stir-frying where consistent high heat is required.  Honestly, I can think of no downsides to this oven and range--I adore it!
