GE Refrigerators Review Summary
While most reviewers consider their GE refrigerators to be "the best on the market" and "the best there is," some also encourage us to "run away," stating these refrigerators are "not worth the money." Those that are in favor of GE refrigerators feel they have lived up to all the promises made of them, noting they are very "user friendly" and look great. "The spacious shelving inside makes selecting the item you need easy and quick." This wasn't a hard choice for these consumers, as they recognize GE as a reputable brand name. Those that are not in favor of the GE refrigerators find them noisy and notice the gasket leaks in hot weather. My GE Profile refrigerator was by far one of the best purchases I have made. I bought it when we redid our kitchen and fell in love with it from day one. It has great features and has lived up to everything they said! We bought the counter depth version so it fits in line with our cabinets. The side by side is great. Also, the water/ice feature is on the outside of the door so you don't have to keep opening up the door to get water or ice.

The absolute worst appliance and customer service ever. GE should be ashamed. As long as their stock price goes up they don't care. Seven year old GE fridge got hauled away today, replaced with a Whirlpool. Bad design deemed unrepairable, complete junk. We spent hundreds in repairs, cost us thousands in wasted and spoiled food. Never buy GE anything, they suck! Maybe the worst part is GE service, what a joke!

GE Refrigerators are the best. My family has purchased GE products for many generations. There products last and are durable. I will buy only GE products for my family. We have two refrigerators, two upright freezer, two dish washer. My family also purchases the service contract on the appliances for peace of mind as well to save money just in case we need a service call.
It has a ice maker, water dispenser and a you can have crushed ice or cubed. The refrigerator has alot of room and well worth the money. Our refrigerator was discounted because of a small dent in the front.
Our GE refrigerator is only 2 years old but it works well and has plenty of room. It is easy to find things in it.
