I've had this oven for several years now. I wanted an oven with convection. I am a bit disappointed with my oven. For one, cakes bake unevenly. I think the temperature in not uniform throughout the oven. The gas pilots on top do not work well on low. High is fine, but not low to simmer. I don't like...
