GE Profile Performance Review

This flat surface top stove is the best stove you can buy.  It is easy to clean, you don't need to worry about scraping out food untder the burner.  Most of the pieces on top of the stove come off which makes it much easier to clean.  The other nice feature is that the food cooks evenly.  The 5th burner can be used for either warming or up to a temperature of boiling.  The convection is great.  I never got my baking done so quickly. Convection with the probe is great, just insert the probe, included with the stove, turn on the convection roast and keep track of the temperature while it's cooking.  No more overcooked turkey's.  There are features for almost all your cooking or baking, whether it be cooking with convection, without or just broiling (Hi/Lo).  There are three timers, one to keep track of the time, another that turns off the stove after the timer goes off and another with a delay cook time.  Just place your entree in, set the timer and walk away.  It will turn on at your given time and turn it off when it's done.  You can now get other projects in your home done and not worry about your dinner.  Overall the stove is very user friendly and was a great purchase.
