This washer has been hated since the first time we moved into our house. It is super loud, especially when changing cycles and doesnt' always clean the dishes very well either. The settings seem to be plentiful, but actually there are only two that we use and neither of them clean our dishes to our satisfaction. In addition, the top rack is way too close to the top of the machine making it difficult to clean some items that are tall and "top rack only" things. I am just waiting for it to blow up so we can get a new machine that cleans better and is much quieter. Noise Level Super loud, especially when changing cycles of wash to rinse, to dry, etc. Loading Flexibility It is hard to clean some items on the top rack because it is so close to the top of the machine. Performance Simply does not clean to our satisfaction. Design Racks are adequately designed Durability I'm thinking this thing is going to run forever!
