GE Profile Review

When we purchased our brand new home we put all GE Profile appliances in our kitchen. I really love having a microwave for quick reheats when we have had a busy day and don't have time to make a fresh dinner we can reheat leftovers. It really is hard to reheat leftovers without a microwave. I realized how hard it was to eat leftovers when we were staying in a hotel before we moved in, no microwave so we had to throw away any food we didn't eat. The only downfall to my GE Profile microwave is that it cracked above the time display only 2 years into owning this. I really love the popcorn button on this for microwave popcorn; it is always accurate with minimal kernels left un popped! I really like the features inside the door showing me different times for defrosting specific items as to not have to look at a booklet for that. It has an option for reheat but I do find that sometimes it overheats the food. The 30 second button is one of the best features overall, when you are in the middle of heating something or cooking something and you realize that you need to add another 30 seconds or a minute you can just hit that key and it adds it so as to not have to stop in the middle of heating or cooking and start over.
