have to wash dishes manually before hand and extremely NOISY.

GE Potscrubber — 

I basically use it as a dish rack because if I have to wash manually anyway why waste the water in the dishwasher. Hate the fact that it is so NOISY, and even the economy/conservation cycle runs for 50 minutes -- I can do it by hand in half the time.
