Dishwasher does not clean well and heated dry does not work well

GE Nautilus Dishwasher — 

GE Nautalis Dishwasher - I would never buy this dishwasher as you need to wash the dishes before you put them in or they won't come out clean even on the pots and pans cycle.  The heated dry is now turned off as they are almost as dry with or without it.
