GE - Model 25951EK2 Edge 5.8 GHz Phone/Answerer Review

I went out one day to replace my 4 year old Uniden. But to my dismay I found this phone first instead. I charged it for over 24 hours before I even used it. I was sitting at my computer desk not 5 feet from the base unit when, the phone just shut off and hung up on my phone conversation. Then, if I would get up and walk into my kitchen, I would get A LOT of static on the line and with me being only 10 feet from the main base unit.

After only a few days of this kind of aggrivation, I gladly returned it and got me a different Uniden model, series TRU9480 and I couldn't be happier.   DO NOT BUY THIS   GE EDGE phone ! It is a total waste of your hard-earned money.
