For the price and the compact size, this product is great for small families and single persons. Despite it's size, it can handle some large items. Overall, a great product. This microwave, even though tiny, is still sleek and powerful. I really have no complaints on this unit at all... some things may take an extra 30 seconds or so to "cook", but that's what you get with a smaller machine... I would recommend to anyone looking for a unit this size...I love it! I was very impressed with the packing--all corners,screws, etc were carefully wrapped and protected. Instructions were clear. All materials were included. The turntable inside is a good size and can be turned off for larger dishes. A surprise feature that I REALLY like is that you can be cooking something in the microwave and use the timer for something else at the same time. I'm often cooking several things at once and need multiple timers going at the same time. Easy one touch cook for 1-6 minutes. There's also an "add 30 sec" button to add time to cook time during cooking, without inturrupting cooking.

This is a wonderful microwave. It does all sorts of things special with defrost, turntable, etc. I LOVE this microwave! Settings/Features This microwave has a lot of easy to use settings and wonderful features like stopping the turntable and the underneath light. Ease of Cleaning Just wipe it down! Very simple!

My husband and I got this microwave used from a friend when we got married, and she had used it for a long time, and we have had it over a year, and it's still working very well! I love it! and I love the fact that it's above my stove, and doesn't take up space on my contertop. It's easy to clean, and run. If I would have to my a microwave now, I'd buy the same one/kind! :) It just keeps running, and it does very well! I give this product 5 stars! and recommend it to anyone! :) Performance This microwave has very good performance! I've always been happy with it! Settings/Features Very good, one time I made popcorn and it was not all popped, I was very upset, but then I realized I had pushed the wrong button instead of popcorn LOL! Ease of Cleaning Very easy to keep clean except for the vent ridges are a little hard to keep clean Ease of Use very easy, if I can use it, anyone can! :) Durability very durable, and well built Design I love everything about this microwave, but that's just my opinion :) try it for yourself!

We got this for our mom and she loves it! Easy to read, one-touch buttons. Nice turn table. Ours came with two shelves and a rack but it doesn't get used (thankfully it is also removable). Its also pretty and the handle is modern and matches the new Samsung refrigerator. A happy couple. Performance It heats nice and hot, is easy to understand button-wise. Can't complain here! Settings/Features Ordinarily I'm not one for a lot of settings. I don't use the "bread" button, or the "pizza" button, or any other ill-conceived waste of space. But on this unit, it does do something special I appreciate: one touch buttons. Touch 1-6 and it automatically turns on for 1-6 minutes. You can also add 30 without stopping the machine, and of course, enter the cook time with ease like any other microwave. Ours also came with a shelf you can put inside to heat two plates at once. but we dont use that. thought we would.... but no. I guess we don't do a lot of microwave dinners :) Ease of Cleaning Just as good as any other I presume. The turn table is easy to remove and the surfaces and slick and easy to wipe down. Ease of Use Like I said we purchased this mainly for my mom and she uses it quite easily. Took to it right away and loves it better than the old one. Durability So far so good. We have had it 6 months (about) and not a hiccup. Thank goodness. Design I'd say we covered it above. Its a good design and we'd buy it again.
