GE GHDA480N10WW Review

Three weeks after installing the unit, the control system failed.

Runs through wash cycle then stops and beeps every minute.  No amount of pressing reset on the control panel will result in a reset.  Disconnecting power should re-boot the computer processor, but this is ineffective.  Control panel lights just flash signalling a serious problem.

Called GE, absolutely useless in getting a repair technician in less than 4 days.  Requires me to take vacation to be here.  If they show on time.

Home Depot was of no use since all they can do is direct us victims to the toll free GE number.

I plan on seeing what the repair tech says when he arrives since the call is under warranty, but I will try to say this a plainly as I can.  GE's CUSTOMER SERVICE EFFORT IS THE WORST OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH.

No concern for helping get this resolved quickly.  Just get in line and wait.
