Purchased in November of 07. Motor Drive is broken in less than 2 years. Out of warranty. Called GE at 1 800 call to nowhere, after calling several different onumbers, finally spoke to someone only to hear the dreaded words...sorry, you must hire a GE Authorized Repairman to diagnose the problem, we already have... they will not accept that and regardless of how new the appliance is we will have to pay over 300 for the part, plus labor.

Seriously, we will most likely go buy another brand and do everything in our power to be sure to get the word out there NOT to buy a GE Appliance!

Too bad no one warned me!!!
