We bought this washer a year ago and have been pretty happy with it. I would say we consistently do 5-7 loads a week with it. We were using a packet detergent that you throw in the tub with the laundry and it was not cleaning the clothes very well. But then we switched to a higher quality he detergent that you pour and it seems to clean much better. I really like the hand wash option. It is great for delicates. Energy Efficiency Incredible how little water it uses. Cleaning Time You can adjust the cleaning time to how dirty the clothes are. Love the speed wash cycle. Performance Have not had any issues. Ease of Use The dial is super easy and got to love the push button start. Design Clean lines and design. Durability In the year I have owned we haven't had any problems with it.
