Easy to Clean, Looks great, my kind of cookin'!

We bought the black ceramic cooktop four years ago and haven't looked back since.  This is absolutely the easiest piece of kitchen equipment I have to clean!  Wipe it down, once a week add a polish to it, which is simply wiping it on and wiping off, and you are on your way!  I love not cleaning the wells of other stoves and the heat is very accurate.

Makes daily clean up a snap!

My husband cooks and I usually clean up the GE glass top stove.  Glass top makes it easy to clean daily with minimal effort and extra polishing, every couple of days doesn't take long either.  Just remember to let the glass top completely cool before you use the polishing compound and thoroughly clean the top before using it for the very first time.  I have not had to use the self cleaning option as of yet.  I enjoy the extra counter top space when the stove is not in use.

Why did I wait so long?!!!

I have been using a 40 year old electric stove and finally decided I wanted a new stove.  I chose the glass top GE and am so pleased.  Why did I wait so long to get rid of the old one and become more enery efficient and easier to clean!!
