In March of 2009 I went to the dentist to inquire about getting my teeth fixed. I found I needed a bridge consisting of 6 teeth. My dentist told me I needed about $5400. worth of work. They offered me an aplication for GE Care Credit. I would be able to charge the whole amount to this card, and then make monthly payments. When I signed the application, the terms stated were for a 11% interest rate. After being apporoved, I went ahead and had the work done. When I receeived my first bill in the mail, I saw it had a 13% interest rate. I called the company and she told me the dentist office is the place who sets the interest terms.
