I bought this dishwasher in white. It was within my price range. I knew others who have a GE and have been very happy. I love mine. It does a great job. Noise Level My kitchen is very near my bedroom. I set it to run the other night and could not hear it after going to bed. Cleaning Time My dishes consistently come out clean even if they have been sitting dirty in the dishwasher for a couple of days. Durability I have only had it for a few weeks.
