GE Built-In Electric Oven JPR15 Review

I had never had a self cleaning oven, and I have really enjoyed this one.  I often have things run over in the oven, and it had always been a pill to clean them up.  Now it is very easy.  The only caution is to make sure there is a way to vent the fumes while it cleans. You can lift up the bake element to wipe the oven floor free of the residue left by the self clean feature.   It comes with two nice racks inside and a boiler rack and pan.  There is a broiler element in the top.  The oven light turns on; so you can see how baking is progressing without opening the oven door.  There's clock and timer that is helpful to me, since I work long hours.  It is nice to come home to a fully cooked meal.  The timer gives a clear signal at the end of the timed period and keeps on sounding regularly until it is turned off.  I have had no problems with it after several years of very consisent, hard use.
