I am used to using a stove with old fashioned gas with burners so it took me a little bit of an adjustment to get used to the GE Electric. The positives are that it is very easy to clean. I am not used to not knowing exactly how high the heat is because with gas you see a flame, but it's an easy adjustment to make. There is also a button which you turn and it locks the oven, which is nice if you have children who may try to turn it on. When the burner or burners is still hot, there is a light indicating to you which burner is the one which is still hot. There are different size circles on the stovetop for different pots, which is nice as well. I would recommend this stovetop if you like electric and easy clean-up!

This cooktop has a modern design that I love! The color really matches the rest of my kitchen appliances, since my microwave and refrigerator are made of stainless steel. Some of my other stuff of my kitchen also have this color so this cooktop fits perfectly. The flat glass top so it makes it really easy to clean. The traditional cooktops can become really messy if one doesn't clean it daily. I use this cooktop every day. I consider that it heats very good, evenly and quickly. The temperature control works perfectly. GE has been known for its quality kitchen appliances so I am very happy with this choice.

This is the first cooktop I've ever used (had a range with old school burners, though we recently re-modeled) and I love it! This cooktop heats up fast and distributes the heat evenly and quickly. Food tastes great and as long as you keep an eye out, it rarely over cooks any dishes. There are very few things about this cooktop that I dislike, the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that the knobs are not child safe. Fortunately most curious tots are too short to actually reach the stove, but older (or taller) kids might get curious and end up turning the stove on. I would reccoment this cooktop to almost anyone, and it most certainly is worth the pricetag. You can't beat quality like this.

This stove top is awsome! I use my stove top alot more than normal people. My stove is on using 4 burners 2 to 3 days a week for 10 to 12 hours cooking tomatoe sauce. This stove cleans great, that is important to me. I can control the cooking temperature perfect.

I love the glass flat top. It is so easy to clean up after spills, from husband and kids cooking when I am at work. I hated the older forms of electric ranges with the drip pans, they were always a mess and hrad to keep clean.
