I purchased two [air conditioners][1] , because I thought the price was right. I was not disappointed when they arrived. They work perfectly! They arrived in a very timely manner and in good condition. I was a little shocked at delivery time when I was told by the shipping company that they would only drop the boxes off at the bottom of my steep steps! Because of where I live, this would require sitting there on the boxes (in whatever whether) until I could get help. Not good! But, the driver did bring them around to the back of the house and it worked out OK. No problems with the product itself.Using this basically as a room AC, but it has proven to be effective to cool a 2 level condo providing all windows and blinds/shades are closed. Using the Energy Saver button gives you the control to cool area/areas to your comfort level and it does shut down when that set level is reached.I'm very pleased with the product.
