Although we do like this particular kitchen range, it is lacking in that is does not have a fan, which causes smoke and other odors to linger and hang about. Due to the setup of our kitchen, we do need a stove that can slide nicely into an island. Forgive me if I am wrong, the picture looks like mine and I couldn't find my manual to verify the model number. I love gas ranges because they heat up instantly and produce a very consistent heat. Watch the time when you bake in the oven though, I find my oven cooks more quickly than the recipes state. Likewise, the gas burners are generally hotter than those of an electric stove, so again, be conscious of this while cooking.
