I have one of these diapers and it is not my favorite.

3

The FuzziBunz Pocket Diapers are not my favorite to say the least. They do not work well with my chucky legged baby. Ease of Use The diaper itself is not hard to put on. I have an issue with the leg adjustments on these diapers. I do not fully understand how they work or what you are actually supposed to do with them to make the legs gussets fit different size babies. Leak Prevention Every time I have used this diaper so far I have had some kind of leaking issue. I have put this diaper to the bottom of my stash for emergency use when the others are dirty. I do not grab this diaper if I have a choice to use a different one because of the leaking. Comfort My son does seem comfortable in these diapers when he was wearing them until he would go to the bathroom. Once my son would go to the bathroom within minutes he would have a leak somewhere which resulted in him no longer being comfortable. Absorbency I can not say how I feel about the absorbency in this diaper because I always have leaks through the legs. I believe that if I could get the legs to fit him properly I would not have any leak issues and the would absorb well.

A Cloth Diaper That Works!

5

The thought of using cloth diapers on my babies sounded like a thing from the past until I started using these. Not only do they save money but they are easy to use and I do not have to worry about disposing them. I purchased about seven to begin with. Then later I bought three more. As my babies are growing older, I purchase larger sizes. At first, I worried that they would leak and not absorb my babies well but I put them to the test and realized that they really work well. The money that I paid for them seemed like a lot but when I calculated how much I would have spent on disposable diapers, I realized that I saved a lot of money. They are soft and adjustable and easy to clean. My babies can maneuver around easy and when I am finished with them, I just toss them into a small loader on my washing machine or soak them in the bath tub and clean them that way. They even work well when I am out and about. They are cost effective, cute, and effective.

Durable and reliable cloth diapers!

I have been using these cloth diapers for more than 4 years and through two children. Some of my Fuzzi Bunz were handed down to me from a mom who used them for 2 years with her twins. Even the hand me down Fuzzi Bunz are still going strong! I love all the color choices that they come in. I love that they can grow with my kids. I love that I can add additional inserts in the pocket for more absorbance during the night/naps. They wash easily and dry quickly. I get compliments all the time on how cute the diapers are and how not bulky they are. These are definitely worth the investment! They can be used for many years and through many children. Ease of Use My only issue is that it is a bit time consuming to adjust the size up/down. There are multiple buttons/elastics that need to be moved to change the size. However, I don't have to change the size very often (just once every couple of months as my kids grow).

Decent diapers, but not my favorite

I found the Fuzzibunz to be overall a decent cloth diaper. I bought them because I had a half off coupon at a local children's store, and this was one of the few cloth diaper brands they had at the time. The colors are very bright and cute, and there are many options to choose from. The inserts that it comes with are very soft, but I used prefolds instead inside the pocket. I found the pocket insert to be quite narrow, especially compared to BumGenius 4.0's, and had a harder time stuffing these diapers. I also did not like the adjustable elastic being inside the diaper, and never figured out how to replace the elastic. The diapers did come with extra elastic, and these diapers did not seem to hold up as long as the other diapers that we used. There was a few months where I preferred these diapers, but overall I preferred BumGenius 4.0's. Ease of Use The Fuzzibunz pocket diapers are relatively easy to use. All you have to do is put the inserts in and snap the outsides around your baby. Most of my cloth diapers are Bumgenius, and I think those are easier to use than Fuzzibunz especially to adjust the size of the diapers. Fuzzibunz has an adjustable elastic inside the diaper, which was different than just adjusting the snaps on the outside like the Bumgenius 4.0 diapers that we mostly used. Leak Prevention Overall the Fuzzibunz diapers were pretty good about preventing leaks. I did have a few Fuzzibunz diapers that seemed to always leak even when they were pretty new. Comfort These cloth diapers are very soft in the beginning and appear to be very comfortable. It is harder to get a perfect fit in this brand compared to others, so that might impact the comfort for baby depending on body size. Absorbency I found Fuzzibunz diapers to be pretty absorbent. The inserts that came with the diapers worked well enough, but I switched to using a prefold as an insert instead.

Just not a fan of these diapers

3

I have been a cloth diapering mom for four years now since my kids are so close together. I've tried lots of brands. I was excited to try the Fuzzi Bunz diapers when my friend gave me her son's stash. She raved about them. However, I have found several reasons that I don't like these diapers. The first reason I don't like this diaper, is that it's too complicated to adjust the size. I understand that they were trying to be unique in this feature. However, busy moms don't have time to deal with these darn leg elastics. You have to flip the diaper open to adjust the size. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like dealing with these. Another reason I'm not a fan is that there's a very limited selection of prints. Now, this may not be a con to come people. There are lots of colors available, but I'm just picky I guess. I am also not a fan of these inserts. They are way too thing. Now, let's be fair and give a positive...these diapers ARE trim. BUT they are only trim if you use one insert. My daughter can pee through this diaper within an hour and she is NOT a heavy wetter. If we use charcoal bamboo inserts in our cheap China diapers, she does just fine! If you double stuff these diapers, then there is just so much bulk and it drives me nuts. Some positives... These diapers are trim. The color options are nice. They are well-built meaning that they last. These diapers are on their second baby and the elastic hasn't stretched out and these diapers don't stain easily. Also, the PUL is very good. I feel that it's heavy duty. It contains poop very well, but I feel like these diapers wet very easily.

good product

Material is good quality. I would recommend this to a friend. This was the first time I used something like this. The absorbency is great. But even better is the comfort level for my child. My son found these diapers very comfy. Overall this was a smart buying decision imo.

Not my favorite cloth diaper

3

We started cloth diapering my daughter when she was about two months old. We tried several different styles and brands of diapers in the beginning. At first we really liked pocket diapers, and particularly Fuzzibunz. As time went on, we changed our minds. They did not seem to work well for our daughter. She was a super heavy wetter, and often seemed to leak through the Fuzzibunz. It was very frustrating. I also hated having to stuff diapers all the time. These diapers did not work well for us. Even though all we did not like these diapers, there are some benefits. One is that there is elastic in the legs that you can adjust. This can be very helpful (although I found it confusing trying to figure out how to do it). I also liked the way it has the three snaps in a triangle (as opposed to straight lines like most diapers). The other plus for Fuzzibunz is the cute colors they come in. In conclusion, this diaper didn't work for us, but if you like pocket diapers, you will probably like this diaper!

A Cloth Diaper Easy Enough for Daddies and Daycare!

FuzziBunz cloth diapers were the first cloth diapers placed in my stash over four years ago. The diapers come with two inserts which can be used individually or together depending on the absorbency your baby needs. The newer one sized diapers that utilize elastic to change the rise are much more trim and narrow, and might not make it all the way through to potty training. However, the original sized diapers are fabulous! I've found personally that the smalls start to fit best at around 9-10 pounds, but a chunkier baby might fit them at 7-8 pounds. They wear extremely well, several diapers have made it through two children from birth to potty training, and a few will make it on to the third baby as well. The snap diapers are much more durable than the aplix (Velcro style closure) when it comes to wash-ability and are easy enough to find an appropriate setting. These pocket diapers (pocket means the inserts are stuffed inside) are not scary whatsoever, and make cloth diapering easy even for those who feel cloth would be too much work (it isn't, really!). Leak Prevention Be sure your settings are correct for the best fit and you will not experience leaks! Absorbency Absorbency depends on the type and number of inserts used. Microfiber is very trim, but wears out quicker than hemp or bamboo. That said, I have microfiber inserts that I've been able to use for four years!

Wanted to love this..

I got my first Fuzzi Bunz in a black friday sale. Once the diaper is on, I love it. However the drawbacks are more than the pros for me so I probably will not purchase again. I'll start with the pros: 1. VERY Trim 2. Very soft inner Now my drawbacks... I love the sizing in the elastic, but it is a lot of work to do, and it has come undone in the wash a few times, making it more of a pain. It looks nicer than not having a snap down rise, but I think I would prefer it. Three snaps. Trying to put a diaper on a squirmy munchkin is hard enough. Two snaps is difficult, add a third and I'm lucky if the bottom one ever gets done. This is a trim diaper. Which also means it has a trim pocket to stuff. I have average sized hands, and I have problems getting the two inserts into the pocket. My hand stretches the fabric a lot to get them in there properly. I can only imagine what it is like for a man or someone with large hands. The other issue with a trim pocket, I can't stuff it for overnight. It is impossible to fit anything else in the pocket besides the two inserts it came with, which is a huge downer for me. Especially since I have a heavy wetter, I don't feel that this is as absorbant and my other diapers. If I don't changer her every 1 1/2-2 hours it leaks. I know you are supposed to change it every 2 hours, but things happen. I'm busy and go a lot of places during the day, it makes it difficult!

Easy to use and colorful, but a little to be desired.

When we were preparing for our daughter, we talked a lot about cloth diapers. Ultimately, we decided to go with them simply because they cost less and we thought they would be healthier for her in the long run. We bought two of almost every color before she was one. They're wonderful--one diaper that grows with the baby until potty training. The thing that is most difficult, however, is figuring out how to stuff them. When our daughter was a newborn, it was no big deal, because she never really peed a whole lot all at once. Our daughter is now almost one and a half and she pees through them at least once a day. Someone suggested bamboo inserts to me, which will be our next step, but it's aggravating having to buy something new. We've actually had more success with other cloth diapers, and, I hate to say it, but we might be heading toward disposables because she goes to daycare and they are running out of clean clothes. :( Ease of Use Easy to adjust and easy to put on. Leak Prevention Leaks frequently. Comfort Sometimes I notice red marks on my daughter's legs, but if the elastic is loosened, she will leak out of the sides. She has never expressed discomfort, but the redness is concerning. Absorbency Leaks daily.
