I'm a full time cloth diaper user. I have tried numerous cloth diapers on the market, including many work at home diapers. I have to say that these are not my favorite.
I like that they grow with the baby. The sizing for newborn lasts well into the 3rd and 4th months; Mediums can be skipped; Large will last until potty training.
Bought brand new they are the softest thing you can put next to babies skin.
The colors are bright and the designs are cute. They do not fade.
I didnt like that after a few months of washing that fantastic softness was gone.
I bought several used and will never do that again. They quickly wore out. The insides tear, they pill (the fabric no longer lays flat and instead rubs off), the elastic isnt tight, the inner waterproof material came out. I always have leaks. Since these were intended for nighttime use I actually have to use a cover.
All in all I would say that, brand new, these are really good diapers. But if you are budget conscience like I am, you will want to buy some used. I do not recommend used Fuzzi Bunz. I also do not expect mine to last for more than one or two children. In the future when I buy Fuzzi Bunz ( and I do intend to buy more) I will ONLY buy new.
