I am a huge fan Fruit of the Earth's Aloe Vera Gel. It is a great product and has so many uses. It is great to apply to burns-it really soothes and cools the wound. You can also apply it to skin that has been burnt by the Sun. I keep mine in the refrigerator because it makes it feel extra cool when I apply it.

Normally for small cuts and bug bites I pull a bit off my aloe plant and use it on myself. However that's not always feasible (and will probably kill the whole plant) to use it on a regular basis especially since I spent a lot of time in the sun. I've tried various aloe vera gels and this product has got a nice thick consistency so it feels like it's really going into my skin and soothes bites, burns and is great for after sun lotion. I used to use Johnson and Johnson's aloe daily body gel, but it didn't feel thick enough. This product has been much better and a smaller amount feels like it goes further. I spend a lot of time outside and in the sun so I keep aloe with me in the car just in case and use it for everything. It also seems to last longer in keeping my skin hydrated and soothing hot skin after burns or being outside in the sun too long. Has been a great help with my heat rash as well (not a sure but soothes the symptoms).

Fruit of the Earth 100% Pure Aoe is the best natural remedy in a bottle.  The only thing that would come closer to this would be to grow your own aloe plant! I am currently undergoing radiation treatments for cancer and was given several different products to use once my skin started to burn. These products were suppose to be the top on the market and the only ones recommended. Anytime I used them, they made me itch and itch AND itch some more (hubby considered giving me a flee bath!) until I decided I needed something more natural to use. After much consoltation with my radiation team, I was given the okay to use Aloe ONLY if it was 100% pure and contained no alcohol or other additives. After searching the shelves, Fruit of the Earth 100% Pure Aloe was able to meet the restrictions! I found my miracle burn cream! This product went on so smooth. It dried quickly. You know summer is in full swing when you go to the beach and when you get home you look in a mirror and first glance tells you there is a walking human size lobster invading your bathroom! At least that is what happened to me two weekends ago. Rest assured, I definitely promote applying a good sunscreen. However, sometimes, especially with fair skinned people, somehow the sunscreen just doesn't seem to keep the UV rays from somehow breaking through the sunscreen barrier, causing a bright red, painful sunburn. I have tried many products, and have been content with the most part, willing to put up with a little stickiness or off fragrance, as long as I got some soothing relief. When I saw that summer was coming, and realized we were out of aloe gel, I went to my local Grocery Outlet store to see what inexpensive, yet effective aloe gel I could find. I found a 12 ounce bottle of aloe gel, made by Fruit of the Earth. I had never heard of it, much less tried it, but thought that since the price was good enough I would try it. To my surprise, this aloe gel went on very smoothly, without leaving a sticky residue. And as I waited for an assault of a tench typical for aloe gel, it never came! Instead there was just a very slight fruity smell. I am also very pleased to say that there was immediate relief, which is what was most important to me! I had also been skeptical about its claim to no staining. Well, I did get some on my clothes and guess what? You got it! No staining either! We have also found out, not only is this product very effective for sunburns, it is also great for insect bites and itchy dry skin. My daughter had gotten a spider bite, and we applied it and the itching almost went completely away, and the swelling lessened! So if you have been searching for a good product for those summer sunburns, or something other than medication to give relief for insect bites, your search is over! Make sure you go purchase some aloe gel made by Fruit of the Earth next time you go to the beach, the pool or camping, or just to keep some handy around the house.

Aloe vera is extremely useful for a variety of skin conditions and situations. As such I always have it around the house. I use aloe vera for sunburns minor scrapes, bruises, or burns that occur around the home, so I was very fortunate to have it handy when I tripped and fell, hitting one side of my face againsta piece of metal as I went down. The wholearea was swollen and very painful. I applied a nice layer of aloe vera. The soothing effect was close to instant, and after hourly applications and with sleep, the wound had almost closed by the next morning. I continued applying it several times a day over the next two weeks, and the wound healedbeautifully, leaving a clean line where it would have scarred. That line is now barely visible. Aloe vera does wonders for the skin, and Fruit of the Eart makes it accessible.

Many people buy Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel thinking that it has all natural ingredients, I mean - just look at the name. It is rather inexpensive and it seems to work well, plus it has vitamins in it, so many people think it is all natural and great for your skin. The aloe itself is very good for your skin, but the added ingredients severely lessen the benefits of the aloe. If you are looking for an all natural aloe vera gel, please look elsewhere because there are several other organic/natural brands which are much better for your skin, as they contain almost entirely pure aloe vera gel. This may work fine for some people, but for those who are having trouble with irritation, it might be worthwhile to choose a different gel.

Usually I only use aloe vera gel after I go to the beach and get a sunburn or something. However, I have a lot of acne problems so I have a lot of red blemishes. I was reading online to see what was a good way to get rid of those red spots, and found out that aloe vera gel was an option. So I decided to buy Fruit of the Earth aloe vera gel to see if it could help my skin problems. I was kind of skeptical at first, but it was worth a try because aloe vera is very inexpensive. To my surprise, it actually helped me skin a lot. I now have less red spots on my face so my skin tone is more even. I use it twice a day and apply it after washing my face. Another problem I have is that my face gets really oily all the time. But now after using the aloe vera gel, my face doesn't get as oily all the time. I have used this for several months now on a daily basis and everything seems to be going well. I have more evened skin tone and less oily skin. Definitely worth a try if you have similar problems to me.

This alove vera gel is by far one of the best gels out there that really work. I have four children and to this day we will not use anything else because this is the one that I keep coming back to. It relieves pain while protecting your burn. I am very pleased to have purchased this and will continue to do so. I also like the fact that it is not very expensive. It can be found at stores such as walmart and target and for a fraction of the cost you would normally pay for some of these very big named expensive brands. This one is just as good if not even better. I will stick with this until they decide to change the ingredients in it and lets hope not. I would not be a happy camper then. I give this 4 star

I love this aloe gel by Fruit of the earth. It is great on burns or cuts and itchy skin. It is great after a sun burn. i keep mine in the fridge. It's cold going on but if your burned it helps cool down the skin. It's 100% aloe so it is very healing for you skin. The price is so affordable and I keep one on the boat down the shore and in my truck too. it is very soothing on the skin and helps heal cuts as well. No matter what your skin irratation it really does help. My wife has very sensative skin and she uses it all the time and she loves it. She says her skin is so much better after applying it. It absorbs nicely and is not sticky at all! It has alot of uses for the skin and it's a must have in your medicine cabinet.
