hate drugs but this product necessary in tick country

Pros

    can now get without prescription, easy to apply, Very effective, Only once a month, really does work

Cons
    It is a little expensive

If you get Heartguard from your vet the company will stand behind it but if you get it online etc. and your pet gets lyme disease, they will not  I hate using drugs on my dog but with the tick problem in my part of the country, it is a necessity.  I've tried natural treatments but always find ticks attached after a few days.
