Frontline Plus —
We have two large dogs and we use Frontline Plus. Neither one has fleas, and when we have walked them in tick country we have found several dead ticks on the kitchen floor the next day. So, I think it really works and even if it is a little expensive it is cheaper than a vet trip for tick removal (or flea allergy treatment).
