Frontier Airlines Review

6 of us Flew roundtrip from Spokane to Indianapolis Oct. 2009 for my son's wedding.  Was the worst time we ever had.   Upon arriving at 5 a.m. at Spokane International we were boarded on a 6:30am flight.   After 7:30 we were told we had to exit and go back down to the airline check-in counter to be rebooked due to mechanical problems with the plane.  Stood in line for hours til we were rebooked on United, got to destination 7 hours later than our original time.   That wasn't the worst part.   After spending the weekend at Indianapolis,  we again arrive at Indpls. airport at 5 a.m. for a 6:45 flight only to be told at the time of check-in that the plane had brake problems and that a part was being flown in and the plane should be ready by 1:30 pm.   The check-in counter person informed us that there was no other flights that they could get us on that would get to our destination before their plane was repaired, so they checked us in on that flight.    Around 3 pm I returned to the check-in counter and was informed that a mechanic and the part was arriving soon and the plane would be repaired shortly.   They had a 4:30 flight to the same destination that I asked if we could get on.  I was told our plane would be ready by then and possibly before that.   We watched that plane (gate next to ours) board and depart at 4:30.   There was another Frontier plane leaving at 7 pm to the same destination that I requested we get on if ours wasn't ready.   Again I was informed that our flight would leave prior to that one.    At 7 pm we once again watched that plane (gate next to ours again) board and depart.   At 7:45 pm we boarded our plane and departed around 8;30.    Spent over 15 hours at the Indianapolis Airport dealing with lie after lie.    First time and last time my family will ever fly Frontier Airlines.    The worst experience of air transportation.
