I ordered a bouquet for my aunt for the hospital. It was a same day delivery, the order got postponed TWICE! Via email! And what I got? An offer for 10% off really?? Why do you offer services that you can't even do?? The person was at the hospital for two days and she's getting discharged TOMORROW!! And I'm sitting here like an idiot waiting for that delivery?? Horrible horrible experience!!! Im furious!!! Expect a terrible review everywhere !!!

On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from "From You Flowers (FYF)" to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF's website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating "no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave." I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with "Joy," she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, "we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received." So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am "disappointed!" FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF can states my order was delivered and was not delivered and is "willing" to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.

I am an elderly woman living on social security. I live in Los Angeles. My daughter in New York was being graduated on May 16 from Columbia Universty. I ordered a vase of flowers to be delivered on Saturday May 13th as that was the last date available before she graduated. I checked the box for an added balloon for $5. When I spoke to her on Mother's Day I asked if she got the flowers. She sent a picture to me. What a disappointment! I could do much better with the flowers from my garden. The one I ordered "Vibrant Flowers" was a dull bunch of colors (and few of those). The arrange was sloppy. Worse, the balloon did not come with the flowers! The balloon was to say "Congratulations Grad!" When I called them today, May 15th to ask about the balloon and also about the discrepancy between the advertised price and final bill. I went ahead and ordered because this needed to get there before Tueday and she would be at the hospital working on that day. The denouement to this nightmare was that when I called the woman barely spoke English. They did not order a balloon to be sent belatedly. They did not apologize. The supervisor with whom I spoke was also difficult to understand because of her lack of English skills. I will never over from these people again. Next time I will order from "1 800 Flowers" as they have a good reputation.

I ordered premium pink and white lilies with a vase. When my mom received them and sent a picture they looked awful. Said there was no vase and only about 6 or 7 flowers. Flowers were not in water, just stuck in a box with a rubber band around the bottom.

I really regret that I trusted this company. I ordered flowers for May mam, for mothers day, but the flowers were never delivered. They apologized three times and kept promising to deliver, but the flowers were never delivered. It is very painful that Mom was left without flowers on this special day

I ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement online for my daughter in law who just lost her mom to be delivered 2 days later. I asked her to send me a picture when she got them and I COULD NOT BELIEVE what I was seeing. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad that she got this garbage from From You Flowers. She said as she was carrying it in flowers were shriveled and dropping off the stems. There might have been 4-6 flowers in what looked like a small glass. I ordered a medium of this arrangement and MANY more flowers than that. I shot off a complaint email and supposedly I will get a refund .If I don't my cc said they will file a dispute for me. I sent a picture of what I ordered and 3 of the mess they delivered. NEVER ordering from them again and I will make sure I warn my friends. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three days before a wake I ordered from this site for a funeral wreath that should have been fulfilled by a local florist near the funeral home. I gave all of the info the site required; funeral home, address, date time, my name & billing info and condolence card. YET!! What do they call me for? The "recipients" name!! ( nowhere on the site was this requested!)...OK. I tell them the name of the deceased. Again, again and again. Then they want my name again, again and again! Same representative every time! Not even exaggerating, was on the phone with their representative no less than 6 times, one of which same said rep actually hung up on us! While we were calling from the funeral home wondering what happened to our order! I need to repeat this! He hung up on me!!! I eventually was able to cancel the order. Embarrassed, horrified by the treatment and am hoping against hope that I am not billed for this fiasco! I would never ever recommend this site! And if you, like I, are looking to send sympathy flowers, call the funeral home and ask for a direct local recommendation.
