Aromas of lavender and grass, and maybe strawberries. Taste of citrus, melon and pear, but also a very crisp lemon finish. This wine really benefits from letting it breathe a good long while. The flavors mellow and it becomes very well balanced. Medium bodied with a long finish (but shortens in a nice way if you let it breathe).
