Frito Lay - Sun Chips Garden Salsa Flavor Multigrain Snacks Review

I have always been a big fan of the original Sun  chips flavor.  I feel they are very tasty, but not as bad for you as regular snacks such as potato chips.

I was given a sample of the new flavor and did not know what to expect.  I love them!  I like the spicy flavor of them.  I feel like I am eating chips and salsa without the mess.  I try not to eat salty snacks, but sometimes I just need some.  The spicyness of these helps me eat less than I normally would eat other snacks. 

I had my husband try them also.  He is fussy about his snacks, he likes the basics like potato chips.  He is not as crazy about them as I am, but does agree they are good and help you satisfy cravings without over eating.

 I would tell all my friends to try them at least once.
