I purchased a new dishwasher (Frigidaire FDB4050LHS) on July 19, 2009. This was the second one in one week. We took the first one (same model) out of the box and the bottom frame was bent and broken, back to the store for another one. Not even two months later, the dishwasher motor and drain motor broke. We cannot use the darn thing and now service has to order parts because it is so new! I am not a happy customer at all. I paid well over $450.00 for this machine and cannot even use it. Frigidaire service said that this is not their problem and they stand by their machines. Well I don't. I called Lowes customer service and they were not helpful and said to call Frigidaire (which I did.) I spend a lot (I mean a lot) of money at area stores and I will not continue to do business with them if I am not a happy customer. Plus we are carpenters!!!
