Frigidaire Washer - Affinity Front Load Review

I have owned mine for 13 months. 3 months in it was needing repair... the repairman said i wasn't using he soap - the heck i wasn't! The next time, around I was told I used too much soap - whatthe heck - you have to be a freakin' engineer to work the dang washer so it won't screw up???? I washed clothes when I was 8 yrs. old I won't let my 10 yr. old touch it for fear of something being my fault. Frigidaire says the repair company has to say it's beyond repair b/f Frigidaire will consider replacing it - but would you do that for a consumer who keeps paying you every 4-5 months to come do a repair? Big Lemon! I am taking this up with Lowes now b/c I bought a warranty that means NOTHING to these repairs now. The Dryer is a piece too!

I feel the same about the Affinity series. mine will start out on a cycle, then completely stop, not washing the clothes at all. The detergent runs down the front of the machine! It is a terrible washer for the money that you spend on it.
