Frigidaire Washer - Affinity Front Load Review

Just a suggestion: the next time you clean the mold, clean off ALL mold on the gasket on the rim of door and on the inside gasket. Then, leave door open to dry completely. I have had my washer since Feb 2008. It is my 1st front loader so I read the manual nearly front to back. In the manual, it says to leave the door open to 'dry' when you are finished washing. I do this everytime. When I am through washing for the day, I leave to door wide open - all day. The next day I close the door. I have not ever had mold or any type of odor issues. I do wipe off any excess water in the gasket if I happen to notice it -which is rarely, I am usually in a hurry and don't pay attention so I do not do that very often. Good luck.
