I had this Frigidaire model installed in my home last year and have had nothing but problems with it. As soon as it was installed it leaked out on my brand new wood floor and warped that. Now just this summer, I've had repairman out to my house twice for repairs and of course it's out of warranty now. The water inside wouldn't drain out and the repairman thought it may need a new computer board (after 1 year!!) then this week, it started leaking from the door so the repairman will be out again tomorrow.

We bought the entire Frigidaire Professional series for new build. 6 months in, fridge freezer handle ready to fall off, dishwasher stopped working completely. WE have been calling the authorized repair shops at Fridigaires recommendations, NONE of them service our area. They seem to want us to go away as they CANNOT honor their warranty. AVOID their products. What a mistake and disappointment to our new build. Noise Level Won't work, so its sitting completely silent as we hand wash dishes for a family of 5 Cleaning Time If it ever gets going again, I'll try to remember to time how long it takes to actually do what it is su[pposed to Loading Flexibility As we no longer can load it to wash dishes, the load time in NIL. Performance Needs to actually function to get a performance rating. Design A beautiful piece of stainless under the granite countertop. Like a Warhol, nice to look at, but doesn't do FA. Durability 6 months & stop working. No heat. About as durable as an oak log on a fire.

I bought this machine because I had great success with a fridge through Frigidare. Unfortunately the top rack plastic coating began to peel away revealing the metal coils underneath. I called customer support and explained since it had not been a year at that point and they didn't want to replace it. They said it was a cosmetic defect! Was really ridiculous considering I bought a more expensive model thinking it would last for years. I can't believe that Frigidaire doesn't back up their machines. It is clearly a defect in workmanship the plastic should never be coming off that soon. I have never seen a machine and my last dish washer was 10 years old. They said the best they could do is sell me another rack for 70.00!!! Durability Plastic on racks starts to unravel from the metal within a years time!!!

While this dishwasher is lovely and sleek, it isn't very functional. The keypad started having trouble within the first year. The start button wouldn't work properly, so I always had to set the 1 hour delay to start my dishwasher. Sometimes the dishwasher would just suddenly shut off mid-cycle. You must be very particular in how you load the machine, especially making sure that absolutely nothing is loaded near the soap dispenser. Otherwise, at the end of the cycle you will find a partially opened soap cup and a load of hot dirty dishes. The drain pump has broken twice. I refuse to spend any more time or money on repairs. We are hand washing our dishes until I can get a different dishwasher. Good points: roomy, and I like the sanitize cycle option. The exterior design is sleek and unimposing. Spacious silverware caddy, and top rack has a special place to put wine glasses.

This thing is fantastic! I'll start off by listing the positives of this product. Compared to my old dishwasher which sounded like an airplane taking off when it ran, this is very quiet. However, despite its quietness, it operates very well! Dishes are always very clean! In addition, it is also very energy efficient, which is good in two ways because it helps you save the environment, and also save money. Lastly, in addition to operating, it is also very aesthetically appealing. As you can see in the image, it has a really nice and sleek design, which will look really nice where you live. However, there are a few down sides, but the main one I'd say is the warranty. Most dishwashers have super long warranties, but this one here I believe only has a warranty for one year. I so far have had no problems, but if you were to potentially have issues in the future, this would be worth considering.

I love this dishwasher! It works great and was a great price. It has lots of space and i love the set up. I dont even have to rinse the dishes if i dont want to and they come out clean. It saves me so much time. I love the fact that it is so quiet you can barely hear it running. And i also love that the buttons are not on the outside for little fingers to mess with. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

Just recently bought the dishwasher. Its good and quiet but has a few drawbacks that I would have loved to not have. the unit does not have stop button, to stop the cycle. If we need to open the door after starting the cycle then you have to pull the door open and the water does squirt out and on you. There is a specific way you have to open it otherwise you will get the showers. Also the minimum cycle run time is 110 mins and there is no dry only option. There is a rinse only, but that does not dry the vessels. I am going to check the manual a little more, but currently not very happy with the unit. Noise Level very quiet as compared to my previous dishwasher Cleaning Time no short cycles. Min I 110 minutes for a full cycle.. china is 90 mins Loading Flexibility good Performance Happy with the performance Design The buttons are going under the counter and hence hard to operate. Durability New.. so will comment on Durabiity in a little while. Think it should be fine.

I moved into my new residence recently. One of the more compelling reasons we took this place was the dream kitchen. This kitchen is, first of all, huge. It has all stainless steel appliances including the  **Frigidaire Professional Series dishwasher.** This unit has the option to run both racks, the bottom rack only, or the top rack only. The normal run time for a full wash is over 90 minutes, but running just one rack cuts that time by one third. The cycles you can choose are: pots and pans; normal wash;  or china crytal. There is an option for sanitizing and high heat wash. There is also an option for no heat dry. This dishwasher also has a delay start option, which you can have the unit programmed to go on after you leave for work, or after you go to bed. There are many compartments inside for small or large utensils. The racks have rows whbich can be folded down for accomodating a large bowl or something unusual. Best part of this dishwasher is how quiet it is. It can be on and even from the next room you cannot hear it. It is a quality appliance and a great member of my dream team!!

The Frigidaire Professional Series dishwasher has been a very reliable dishwasher.  I have had it for over three years now and run it five to eight times each week.  It's stainless steel door is very sleek and has a handle for holding my dish towel.  There are two very large baskets inside which roll out for easy loading.  The bottom basket has adjustable prongs on one side.  It easily fits service for twel plucs big item like a collander or pot.  The utensil basket sits in alongside the dishes and is removeable for easy unloading.  Each utensil has its own slot in the basket which keeps utensils from sticking together and ensures better cleaning.  The top basket is can be lowered or raised depending on the height of your glasses.  On the lowest level (where I keep it) it is very deep and can hold big rubbermaid items.  It also has an attachment for three wine glasses.  The soap and rinse jet gets dispensed from the door and are easy to fill.  (I no longer use a rinse agent since I started use a detergent tablet.  There are several settings including normal, china , quick and sasnitize.  A timer on the door tells you how much time is left in the cycle.  The only negative is that my baskets are both starting to rust.

We just bought our Frididaire Professional Dishwasher 10 days ago and LOVE IT!  We have a basics cheap whirlpool model before hand and it was terrible...dirty dishes, dirty glasses, dirty overall.  We were tired of washing and rewashing our dishes.  We purchased this washer because the top rack raises/lowers, it had 3 sprayer arms, and it seemed like a great quailty machine.  We have used it 4 times so far and our dishes have been CLEAN!!!   So far it's a great machine and I have no complains but again I have only used it 4 times.  They cycles are long  but if it gets my dishes clean it makes me happy.
