I have had this dryer for about 3 years. I bought it along with the washer. The dryer rates better than the washer in my book. I will start with my two main issues: High Setting and Drying. Do not use the high setting. I do not recommend it unless you want burnt clothes. I had a blue fleece (northface) jacket and I threw it into the dryer (not knowing it was on the hot setting) and it came out with what looked like cigarette holes burned into it. It took me awhile to figure it out but then on the back on the jacket you could see the grate marks from the back of the dryer. Another issue I have found with this dryer is I have two queen comforters that I wash every week. The one dries every time after one cycle. The other one has to go in twice if not three times. Its weird. Most everything else that I wash will be dry after one time in the dryer. I would recommend this dryer, it does the job.

We got this dryer as a secondary dryer to our washer / dryer set (which is electric) so that we can use it in the summer to save on electricity. We have been very pleased with it. It has many more options than we expected for such a lower priced dryer. It has done a fabulous job and I think that it dries the clothes in about half of the time of the electric dryer. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our purchased and it has probably already paid for itself and it's not even a year old.

It works great! It drys fast! It is better then the one I did have! I have not had any thing go wrong. It does its job great. Load Capacity you can fit a lot of clothes in it. Performance It does a good job Ease of Use very ease to learn and to use. Design love it and takes up little room.

I did not really like my frigidaire GLGQ2152E gas dryer... it would basically eat my clothes like some monster like in Transformers or something close to that... it also sat very low to the floor so somethimes when i am clearing out things frm my pockets, some coins would roll underneath and i would have to lift the whole dryer just to get the penny, or nickel, dime, or quarter... but one thing that i did like about it is that it could dry a huge load of clothes in one load... so it can basically dry your whole week's worth of clothes in one load... so all in all, i would not reccommend this dryer to any of my friends, to any of my family members, and to any of my co-workers because, well, i don't want them to have to deal with this much hassle...

After my 10 year old dryer finally broke down, it gave me a chance to buy a new one, and I knew right away that I wanted to buy a gas dryer because gas is a lot cheaper than electricity. However, gas dryers usually cost a few hundred bucks more than electric dryers, but over the course of at least 5-10 years, you're going to be saving way more than just a few hundred bucks, especially if you have a large family and have loads of laundry to do all the time. I was lucky enough to find this Frigidaire Gas Dryer for only about 500 bucks. That's actually about similar to the cost of other electric dryers, so I didn't even have to spend extra money for a gas one. The only downfall is that this style isn't as stylish as all of the new dryers out there on the market these days. Also, the height of the loading area is lower than the more mordern ones, but I don't mind if I'm saving a few hundred bucks. Nobody is going to see my dryer in my garage anyways! Other than that, it works great!

Had this dryer almost two months now and it's worth every penny!! It looks modern, easy to use and is energy efficient! There are MANY more settings than anyone will ever need to use, but it's very easy to use, large buttons and electronic controls made it a breeze to figure out. You can choose "More Dry" or "Less Dry" depending on the clothes you have in -- one of my only complaints is that you have to select "More Dry" for the clothes to be completely dry, leaving it at the normal setting, a normal load of clothes (jeans, shirts, pj's, etc) are slightly damp when it's finished. I love that it automatically determines dry time based on the moisture level. Very large capacity can handle a FULL load of clothes, compared to our old washer/dryer set, it dries twice the amount of clothes in half the time. Fabulous! It does sit low, and is kind of awkward -- the pedestals are MUST!

I love this dryer, it dries my clothing so quickly and efficiently, in about half the time my last dryer dried my clothes. It looks so modern too, because ya know, I need to keep up with the joneses.  I will be purchasing another for our vacation home, as the dryer there is on its way out for sure.  It has so many wonderful features and dries are  conferter in less than half the time other dryers do.  If you want a dryer that looks modern and does the trick and is constructed with the ultimate construction, then this is the dryer for you.  It iss absolutely the most perfect most besst dryer I have ever used and I will be hoping that this works for the rest of my life until I retire, because other dryers just don't work.  I will be sad when it breaks beacuse I'll bet it will be way too expensive to fix, but I will make sure it gets fix, because nothing comapers.  I will be asking you to please recommend.  Thanks

i love this dryer - I do a lot of laundry and this dryer can handle it. It has a large capacity and several settings. it has a setting for quick dries to remove the wrinkles in the morning when youu don't have time to iron. It sits low on the floor but I am sure with the pedistal it would sit up higher and be easier to use.
