I love this washing machine.  I have used it for over 4 years now and I have never had one single problem out of it.  I can easily do two loads of laundry in one wash. I can even wash my delicates on the delicate cycle. The lid locks so my daughter cant get into it.  It's the best!!!

I live in a small town where water is high! After my other top loader went on the blink. I chose the washer and dryer frontloader gallery series and I tell you I am so, so happy . My water bill made an a 50 dollar difference in price monthly. It uses 17 gallons of water versus 40 gallons. I use very little laundry deteregent and I was able to stack this set which was such a plus in my long but small laudry room. This was so perfect.

I owned this machine for 7 years when it died.  I say died because the cost to repair was $580.  It cleaned very well and I really loved the machine, but when something goes out and cannot be repaired for a price less than buying a new machine, that's just ridiculous!  The machine was exceptional for cleaning and efficiency while it lasted, and while I agree wholeheartedly that front loader machines offer superior cleaning and less wear on fabric, I'm not certain the price is justified when life span is taken into consideration.  This machine lasted from 5-7 years less than previous top loading...
