We purchased this washer a couple years ago and it has served us well thus far. We have hard water which leaves my dishes grimy. I put a little Lemoshine in with the wash and they come out perfect! It is very easy to use and quiet. I have had dishwashers in the past that were so loud. It is easy to load and unload. I like the side flatware basket as apposed to the basket in the middle like some models have. It provides more space for larger items on bottom rack. It seems durable. We are happy with this purchase!
