I hate flat top cook tops. They are so hard to clean and never look the same. It doesn't matter what I try, it's still looks like a mess. Temperature Control Cooks really well. Heat Distribution Never had a problem with heat distribution. Durability Seems to hold up pretty well. Design It looks nice, until you use it, then it's a mess. Ease of Cleaning It's easy to clean it's just impossible for it to look like it's been cleaned.
