We moved into our home where this was the range that came with the house. If I had the option, I would prefer gas burning over the glass top surface. The coils are even better than the glass top. Other than the cook top and how I prefer it to be a different type, this one does work like you would expect a glass top to work. The oven as well, works as it should. My difficulties with this range are with the quality of it's parts. The bottom drawer is broken (by the previous owners) with only a couple years of use. Additionally, the black pull handle for the over down is broken. With it being made out of plastic, the screws used to keep it attached to the door are striped out and if you tug on the handle a little too hard and a little too close to the screw, it will come off leaving the stainless steel sheet and other layers to the door coming apart. Opening or closing the door at this point is near impossible. Temperature Control glass tops are awful for providing a continuous heat.

We have been happy with our purchase of this oven. The glass stovetop is very easy to clean. The temperature and timing are easily adjustable. It is a simple oven with no added frills, but it does the job. I use this daily and have been very happy with the way it works! Temperature Control The temperature seems to be spot on. I have not had any problems with it being too hot or cool. Heat Distribution It seems to distribute heat just fine. Durability We have had this oven for two years and it has worked very well for us with no problems! As long as you take care of the class stovetop, it looks just like it did when we bought it! Design It is a simple oven design, but it does the job and works great! Ease of Cleaning I have had other ovens that were a pain to clean. This one seems so easy! It is my first glass stovetop and I love it! The interior is as difficult to clean as any other oven it seems. I just try not to have things boil over on the bottom of the oven. The "self clean" setting makes it easy to clean as well.

We picked this to match our Refrigerator and wanted the Glass top for easier cleaning. Its easier cleaning, but still takes a special cleaner and can be a pain to clean sometimes when food particles do not want to come off. Temperature Control We like everything on this except for the oven control, when broiling. Its either high or low, their is no medium. Heat Distribution Food gets cooked evenly and over all we are pretty happy with this oven Durability The sliding drawer could be a bit more sturdy Design Classy looking and if taken care of looks very nice and is easy to move racks to clean. Ease of Cleaning Has a self cleaning option so we like overall.

We bought this stove when we moved into our house. I am happy with the amount of space and the look of it. The oven temperature does seem a bit off and I have needed to cut minutes off my cooking time. The stove top temps seem accurate. Durability The oven handle came unscrewed soon after buying and continues to come loose.

As far as stoves go, this Frigidaire stove works well. However, it takes the elements a very long time to heat. The stove top is destroyed and burnt because of spill over from cooking. And I just cant seem to get it clean. Also there are little grates on the top of the oven portion of the stove that collect dust and its very difficult to clean. The window on the stove looks disgusting because there is grease and grime caught in between the outside and inside of the stove that I dont know how to get to in order to clean it. On the plus side, its a relatively inexpensive stove and its very easy to use, and it matches my other appliances. I would recommend this oven if you are looking for an inexpensive stove that basically does the job but I wouldnt recommend if you like your kitchen to look clean.

No support from Frigidaire. The outer glass of our less than 2 year old oven exploded into a million pieces while the oven was turned OFF. Frigidaire offered no concern once finding out the warranty period was expired. POOR POOR customer service and potentially **dangerous** product!

After having the same stove for over 20 years (and it wasn't new, it was the one that came with the house when I bought it!), I decided it was time to spring for a new flat top range.  I knew I wanted something relatively easy to use and keep clean and did quite a bit of research before I found the Frigidaire ES 366 EC 30 model.  I found that it had been receiving really good comments on several online review sites so I decided to check it out locally.  I purchased it through a local small dealer shortly before Christmas 2007, put it to use immediately and have been well pleased. I find it easy to keep clean both inside and out and all of my family members mention that it seems to cook so evenly.  I find it seems to take a long time to indicate that the oven is fully preheated but we just go ahead and start and the food cooks beautifully.  Like others have said, it is a little slow to warm but otherwise I have no complaints. It has been a great purchase for our household.

The **Frigidaire** glass top electric oven is great for the average price. Does all the things you expect the oven to do. Cooks evenly on all sides in the oven, timing always matches recipes - so it is well adjusted and precise. The cooktop takes a little while to heat up the elements, but I think it had more to do with my cookware, once I switched from non-stick Teflon to stainless steel it conducted heat much better and faster. The timer features are handy and easy to use, I always use them (I tend to forget about things in the oven). I have used it for just over a year so far, it was in our condo from the previous homeowner, never had problems. It is easy to clean with a special glass top cleaner or just vinegar, lemon, and baking soda. Although you tend to see all the dust and dirt very well on the black.

I am extremely dissapointed with my Frigidaire Smooth top range. It takes a lot of getting used to. There are many pots and pans that you cannot use on this product, such as cast iron skillets. We had only had our range for less than a year and had to replace the heating element in the oven. I recently saw an add showing that the company had recalled several models for a possible fire hazard. I notified the company that the left knob that operates the lower left eye makes a spark when it is being turned off. Their only comment was to take it to a repair center, because it isn't suppose to do that, but it isn't one of the ones on the recall list. With the economy the way it is, who can afford to take their stove to the repair center. I am extremely dissatisfied with this stove, and will definitely NOT be purchasing another one. I do not reccommend this stove to anyone. It is not worth the stuff it is made out of.

I am so disappointed in my Frigidaire Range. I saved for a long time to purchase new appliances and was thrilled to have a new "modern" smooth top stove. I readily adjusted to the need for flat bottom pots, found the ease of cleaning the surface a breeze, and like the look of the the - **at first**. All too soon the panel that holds the knobs and controls to set the electronics becam somwhat dull. I thought there was something on it. I tried everything to clean it and get it back to it's former shiny self. To no avail. I have purchased so many cleaning products, specifically for this task that it is rediculous. But the worst part is the metal piece that holds the glass window on the oven. It has rusted out like an old car parked at the beach for many years. I am a single retired lady who doesn't do that much cooking, and I am clean, I don't use anything on the stove that would cause this rusting. I have to say, that my daughter has one of these stoves, and hers has done the very same thing. I grew up with Frigidaire appliances. My mother and aunts all had them and swore by them. Apparently, that was then, and this is now. The quality of their products has sunk to a low level, with very poor quallity, inferior components and sloppy workmanship. They are now just a below average, money grubbing manufacturer - riding on the glory and accomplishments of their former standards. I know there are other negative reviews of this same product. I, for one, will not purchase another expensive item without checking this site, and see what others have to say...
