Frigidaire FEB30S5DBH Review

So I have a new oven. Very first time it took two hours to bake a potato on 350.

Then I tried biscuits at 400 should be 8-10 minutes. That took 25 and raw inside.

Called service. They adjusted it up 10 then 25 degress.

Potatoes agin at the new internal temp of 390. Again at two hours potatos are not cooked completely.

This is Frigidaire feb30s5dhb.

Frozen pizza 400 for 10 minutes took 35.

Service tells me internal temp is never set on a oven customer must adjut accordingly and learn to turn it to 400 when you want 350 etc.

For a new oven this is not acceptable.
