Frigidaire ultra quiet does not clean the dishes!

We are renting a home in the Austin area. I thought the frigidaire dishwasher we have in the home was broken. If I put a coffee cup in with out rinsing it out it does not come clean. Bought in March, has broken down twice and it's only June

We bought the Frigidaire FDB1500LFS2 in March, 2009 to replace a Whirlpool Gold series dishwasher that we'd already put $300+ into after only 5 years. Thus far, we've had to have the Frigidaire serviced twice for the same problem. The cycle stops, the dishwasher does not drain.

It was not worth it, I would not recommend this model to anyone.
